Materials, Natural Variation & Care

Natural character is one reason an object can feel memorable. It is also a reason product facts need to be specific. This page explains how EaseWoo describes materials, variation, sound, handling, and care.

What we publish

We publish a material or construction claim only when the information available for that product supports it. A trade name is not treated as a complete botanical identity. A general supplier description is not presented as proof of a particular maker, process, tradition, or sourcing method.

When a fact is still being checked, the product remains unavailable rather than being filled with a guess.

Natural variation

Colour, grain, surface marks, shape, dimensions, and sound can vary when an object contains natural materials. The expected range should be shown or described on the product page.

Natural variation does not include cracks, missing components, loose construction, undisclosed materials, or an item that is materially different from its listing. Those are order issues, not acceptable variation.

Sound and movement

For objects that move or make sound, room acoustics, the force and direction of movement, recording equipment, and differences between natural components can change what you hear.

When an audio sample is available, it is a practical guide to audible character—not a promise that every piece will sound identical. EaseWoo describes these objects as decorative or sensory products and does not claim medical, therapeutic, or wellness outcomes.

Botanical components

Decorative botanical components should never be ingested or planted. Many are small, brittle, or unsuitable for children and pets. Follow the safety details on the individual product page and stop using an item if a component cracks or becomes loose.

Products made with botanical materials may be unavailable while identity, processing, testing, or destination import requirements are being checked.

General care

• Keep the object dry unless its product page specifically confirms outdoor or wet use.
• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or brush.
• Avoid soaking, prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, and impact.
• Use only the care instructions listed for the specific material.
• Inspect hanging cords, joins, and small components periodically.
