Shipping & Delivery
Why does shipping take 4-6 weeks?
Most EaseWoo pieces are made-to-order or prepared in small batches by partner artisans. After you place your order:
- Days 1-3: We confirm your order and begin preparation.
- Days 4-14: Your piece is hand-built, assembled, or selected from the artisan batch.
- Days 15-21: Quality check, protective packing, and export preparation.
- Days 22-35: International transit and final-mile delivery.
Total delivery time is typically 4-6 weeks. This is slower than mass production because each piece is handled through a slow-craft, quality-first process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. EaseWoo is set up for global shipping. Available countries and shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the destination address.
How are pieces packaged?
Each order is hand-packed with protective materials suited to the item. Fragile natural materials are wrapped carefully to reduce movement during international transit.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged, is substantively different from the listing, or is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Natural variations in handmade pieces, dried botanicals, wood grain, bean pods, and similar materials are expected and are not treated as defects.
Can I cancel a made-to-order item?
Orders can usually be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours. After that, email us and we will review the production status. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies after delivery.
Orders & Tracking
When will I receive tracking?
You will receive email updates as the order moves through preparation, quality check, shipping, and delivery. The shipping email includes your tracking number.
