🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Why does shipping take 4-6 weeks?
Most EaseWoo pieces are made-to-order. After you place your order:
- Days 1-3: We begin building your piece
- Days 4-14: The piece is hand-built (build time varies by item)
- Days 15-21: Quality check + careful packaging
- Days 22-28: Air shipment to our US warehouse
- Days 29-35: USPS Ground delivery to your door
Total: 4-6 weeks. We know that's longer than Amazon — that's the difference between mass production and slow craft.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming late 2026. Email hello@easewoo.com for special requests.
How are pieces packaged?
Each order is hand-packed with kraft paper, silica gel desiccant, and a story card explaining the piece. No plastic peanuts or bubble wrap — we use natural-fiber filler and tissue.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item:
- Arrived damaged in transit (send us photos within 7 days)
- Is substantively different from the listing
- Hasn't been displayed and is in original packaging
We do NOT accept returns for natural variations in handmade pieces (bean pods naturally vary in shape and shade — that's the point).
Can I cancel a made-to-order item?
- Within 72 hours of order: Full refund
- 72 hours - 14 days: Refund minus $25 restocking fee (production has started)
- After 14 days: Standard 14-day returns policy applies after delivery
🌿 Products & Materials
Are your products real natural materials?
Yes. We use real bean pods, real seed pods, real bamboo, real walnut wood, and real dried botanicals. No plastic disguised as wood. We list every material in product descriptions.
Are these toys?
No. EaseWoo products are adult home decor and collectibles. Many contain small parts. Please keep them away from children under 12 years old.
Why do pieces look slightly different from the photos?
Because they're hand-built. Pod size, color, fabric arrangement, and dried botanical placement vary slightly piece-to-piece. The photo shows a representative example, not a guarantee of identical appearance.
What's California Proposition 65?
A California law requiring warnings on products containing certain chemicals. We display this warning on relevant product pages out of caution. Most of our pieces use only natural plant materials with no chemical preservatives. For specific concerns, contact hello@easewoo.com before ordering.
💝 Bundles & Gift Orders
Can I customize a bundle?
Yes — when you order our Complete Cottagecore Cabin Bundle, you can request different Bear Charm or DIY Kit themes in the order notes at checkout. We'll do our best to swap if available.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Use the order notes field at checkout to include a handwritten message we'll add to the package.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — kraft paper wrap with twine + hand-stamped sticker is available as a $5 add-on (Hero Bundle: $5 for full bundle wrap). Select the Kraft Wrap variant on the bundle product page.
📦 Orders & Account
How do I track my order?
You'll receive 6 email updates throughout the made-to-order process (build start → quality check → shipping → delivery). The final shipping email contains your USPS tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped from our US warehouse yet, yes — email hello@easewoo.com with your order # and new address.

Do you offer wholesale?
