Shipping Policy

EaseWoo ships globally to countries and regions available at checkout. Shipping availability and rates are calculated from the destination address before payment.
Processing and Delivery
Most EaseWoo items are made-to-order or prepared in small artisan batches. Typical delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.
- Days 1-3: Order confirmation and preparation.
- Days 4-14: Handmade production, assembly, or artisan batch selection.
- Days 15-21: Quality check, protective packing, and export preparation.
- Days 22-35: International transit and final-mile delivery.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the parcel enters carrier transit. Tracking may take a few days to update during international transfer.
Address Changes
Email hello@easewoo.com as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to change. We can usually update the address before shipment, but not after the parcel has entered carrier transit.
